RealGuarani does not require sign-up or login to check rates. We do not collect personally identifiable data (name, email, ID) through the site. We only collect aggregated usage metrics, described below.
2. Data we collect
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site usage — page visited, load time, and interaction events such as clicking an exchange house or a house's WhatsApp button. This data is aggregated and does not include name, email, full IP address, or any direct personal identifier.
3. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising tracking cookies. The site may use browser local storage only for interface conveniences (for example, remembering a preference already used in this session) — that data stays only on your browser.
4. WhatsApp and social media
If you contact an exchange house through the WhatsApp link shown on the site, or join RealGuarani's WhatsApp group/channel, that conversation and the data exchanged in it are governed by WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy — we have no access to those conversations and do not store their content. The same applies to interactions with our accounts on other social networks (for example, X).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or share usage data with third parties for advertising purposes. Analytics data stays with Vercel (our hosting provider) solely for operating and improving the site.
6. Your rights (LGPD)
Since we don't collect personally identifiable data directly, we don't maintain a user registry to look up, correct, or delete. If you believe some of your data was collected improperly, get in touch through the channels listed on the site.
