1. What RealGuarani is
RealGuarani (https://realguarani.com) is an informational site that compares exchange rates between the Real (BRL) and the Guarani (PYG), collected directly from the official websites of exchange houses in Ciudad del Este. We are an information aggregator — we are not an exchange house, brokerage, or financial institution, and we do not intermediate, execute, or guarantee any exchange transaction.
2. The rates are informational
The rates shown are read periodically (see how the comparison works) directly from the exchange houses' own sites, but may be outdated by the time you check them — exchange rates change throughout the day, sometimes within minutes. RealGuarani does not guarantee that the value shown matches the value actually practiced by the exchange house at the time of your transaction. Always confirm the rate directly with the house before closing any deal.
3. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to exchange houses' official sites and, where available, to WhatsApp conversations with those houses. These are third-party services outside our control — we are not responsible for the content, availability, service practices, or any losses arising from the use of those third-party services.
4. Disclaimer of liability
Using RealGuarani's information to decide where or how to carry out an exchange transaction is the user's sole responsibility. We are not liable for financial losses arising from outdated rates, site unavailability, data collection errors, or the conduct of any listed exchange house.
5. WhatsApp community
RealGuarani may run a public WhatsApp group or channel with rate updates. Participation is voluntary, and your relationship with WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own terms and privacy policy — we have no control over how WhatsApp handles data within its platform.
